Damaged Merchandise Guarantee

We will replace or repair at our discretion any broken or damaged items within the following terms:

1. 14k product-lifetime

2. All other product in the Aladdin line-5 years

3. Preciosa product- 2 years 

4.  Customer must be an active account (must have purchased within 2 years)

If for some reason we can not replace the item,  we will give you credit on what was paid on invoice.
